Spoke with Marcia R. She said she loves this business. She said she knows when she goes to them she'll be tickled pink with what they do and she won't feel they've ripped her off. They are honest and she trusts them. The vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. She said it was nice to work with a woman because she could speak more freely and they did not talk to her like she was dumb. She said she paid out-of-pocket because her insurance deductible is too high. She said everyone is happy.
