Kay mentioned her vehicle was due at 5:00 pm, but she asked them to have it ready by 4:00 pm, so her daughter could get to work. When she arrived, they hadn't washed it yet. The man who cleaned it spent until the last minute before he got off at 6:00 pm watching the clock and polishing here and there while she waited. Her daughter did not make it to work on time and it was a real mess with the rental company closing for the day.
