Spoke with Michael's wife. She said she was told her vehicle was going to be ready in 4 days, but the work ended up taking 2 weeks because of a parts delay. She said she has to bring her vehicle back in because there is a scratch near the front bumper on the driver's side.

we found a small scratch on the frt bumper after we fixed it and were delivering it. We alerted the owner and ofcourse offered to fix it but it was still a inconvenience.
