Monica said she wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process, which is why she wasn't satisfied with this part of this business's communication. Monica pointed out this business never called her. Her husband had to call them for a status report. The rest of the communication was fine. She got her vehicle back a day early. She's been to this business on 2 other occasions and they've always been courteous and helpful.
