Abigail said the communication was poor and 4 hours after she dropped her vehicle off they called her to tell her that she needed to pick it up because they didn't order the parts. She said she works an hour away from this facility. They scratched the plastic on the new bumper and she was told they were not going to order another for a scratch. The vehicle was ready three days late because they forgot to order the parts and she was not kept informed about the process. She was not happy with the estimate because she had an appointment. They made her wait because the paperwork was not ready and they could only deal with one person at a time. She said her time was not valuable to them. She said Julia, the person she dealt with was very rude to her. When the vehicle was ready Julia called her at 5:30 to tell her she needed to be there by 6:00 pm. She said she told her she works an hour away. She will not recommend this business or return based on this experience.
