Michael said his vehicle was not clean and it had dirt on it when it was returned back to him. The paint was not smooth. His vehicle looked filthy and it wasn't until he took it home to wash it did he see excessive orange peeling on the paint. There were scratches on the headlights that were not there before. There were paint chips and other debris in his vehicle that probably got in from other work they were doing nearby. He had to call them to get updates for his vehicle. Due to this experience he would not recommend. He chose this facility because he did a web search and found there were some good comments about them. They were courteous.

Upon receiving this email alert I called Michael P and asked him to bring his car back in. He brought the car in later that same day. He has a garaged black conv corvette which had gotten pollen on it while sitting in our done lot waiting for him to pick it up. In hindsight we should have rewashed it upon his arrival. The scratch in the upper headlamp cover was a very faint one that came out with a minor buffing. The orange peal was in the recess of the turn signal area located at the bottom of the bumper and which is a small area that doesn’t lend itself well to buffing. We wet sanded and buffed this area but nicked the paint trying to make it perfectly smooth. I promised to take care of this as soon as he has time to bring it back. All in all I believe it's been a little bumpy for him but the car turned out great and our goal is to make sure he is 100% happy.
