Spoke with John's wife. She said she brought this vehicle in for repairs. She didn't rate her overall experience with this business higher, because of the following. She dropped her vehicle off, but returned later in the day to show them another area that needed to be repaired. She make it clear to this business she had to have her vehicle back in 2 days, even if they weren't finished with the work, because she had to go out of town. When she called this business the following day to make sure if it would be ready on time, she was told the insurance company was returning for a second estimate because of the part she told them also needed repairs. Even though her vehicle was ready on time, the above was very stressful for her. She wasn't satisfied with this business's communication, because they should have told her they needed a second estimate, at which point she would have told them to forget about the second estimate, and to do the work the insurance company already approved. Because of the above, she wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. She added, the above issues were confusing.

this truck came in on mon 10-17 and left wed 10-19. The insurance company chose a reconditioned (used) bumper cover which didnt fit very well. We overnighted a new factory cover , painted it and installed it the same day to have the truck ready on time. We called her cell but unfortunatly the mailbox was full so we couldnt leave a message. I'm sorry she stressed about the repairs but I understand when there is alot going on. Thanks for giving us the business!
