Kristy said she's very unhappy with this business because of the quality of the repair. Her vehicle is only 3 months old, and when she picked it up there were blips in the paint, and instead of painting her vehicle black they painted it purple. When she expressed her dissatisfaction they told her to drive her vehicle for 2 weeks, and then bring it back for them address the above issues, and several other issues. She called her insurance about the above issues. She was never promised a time when her vehicle would be ready. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. The person who helped her with everything told her he'd call after he checked out her vehicle to let her know what was going on. When she dropped her vehicle back she asked him several questions. He never called her. She had to call him. The personnel were nice to her. She was not satisfied with this business's communication because of the above issues regarding communication, and she will not recommend this business to others because she was unhappy with the repairs.

Kristy, came back by and we looked the truck over. The truck had a couple dirt specs but there was a slight blue hue in the black. We had PPG send a rep by and came up with a solution. The truck was repainted and she left happy.
