Were sorry this played out like it did but Janes Suburu had extensive rust in both rear quarters where the rear bumper mounts. When she was hit in the rear the bumper mounting tabs fell off. The insurance company that hit her wouldnt repair the rust so the bumper couldnt be reattatched. She fought with them for almost a month while we sat here with a painted bumper that couldnt be installed. We offered to manufacture a couple brackets to keep the bumper in place for $168. The other insurance company wouldnt pay for that either. She went to her insurance company and with another 2 week delay they also refused to pay. In the end she paid for the backets and the car was odne the next day. This a 2 day repair normally.
