Marilynn said there was some minor confusion with the communication. Her vehicle was supposed to be ready on Friday, but it wasn't ready until the following Thursday because they found additional damage when they opened her vehicle up. There was another part they needed to add and the vehicle was in during the holidays. She gave her correct phone number to them to contact her, but they left messages for her on the wrong number. They did a good job of explaining what they did and they showed her pictures of the process.
