I always sorry to hear that there was miscomunication. The original estimate was $2100 and the final ended up costing the insurance company about $2400 . I show my staff called Richard and told him there was some minor additional damage found along with the additional parts costs the total was $300+ more. We will try and do a better job explaining this up front.
