Beverly said she was satisfied with the repair work. She called for an appointment near the end of September but the business was booked up. She was informed by the estimator she would get an email about the estimate and to set an appointment. She never heard from them again. In February, she received a call saying she had missed an appointment and they asked if would she like to reschedule. Beverly still does not know what miscommunication happened that she missed an appointment.
