Spoke with Ruth's husband. He said overall, his wife and he had a good experience with this business, and they provided an excellent environment. His wife is going to call them because the paint does not match. They got the vehicle back quickly, a couple of days early. They were not kept adequately informed during the repair process. They had to call this business to find out when their vehicle would be ready, which was not a big deal.
