Jonathan said he rated his overall experience with the business a 4 instead of a 5 because he got new parts and new paint on his vehicle. Some compound stuff got on it and his vehicle was done early and the business told him to be home so they could deliver it and they never showed up so he lost a whole day's pay off of work. His vehicle was ready 1 day earlier than promised it would have been 2 days earlier but the business delivered his vehicle a day later. He cannot answer whether he was satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate or not because his mom took care of that for him.
