Spoke with Diane. She said this business set up her appointment very quickly. They analyzed her vehicle and they did the adjustment as soon as possible. She dropped it off and 2 days later her vehicle was ready. She was absolutely satisfied with Julia, the adjustor, and everyone on the staff. They were very courteous, friendly and she was very happy. They told her the estimated promise time. Julia telephoned her and told her they needed 1 more day and they would telephone her exactly when they finished. She would absolutely recommend them to others and she would use them again even if her insurance was not paying for the repair.
