Carolyn said she was not completely happy with her overall experience because someone left an open bag of potato chips in the vehicle that was not there before. She said she usually left a bag of chips in the front console because of work. Also, there is a stain on the back of the driver's seat that was not there before the visit. She was not happy with the personnel because they misplaced some insurance paperwork, but they found it again. But, she was very happy with the messages that they left her because it was comforting to know what was happening with the repair of her vehicle.
