Excessive wait time despite appointment and supposedly routine recall checking. Not sure why other tha "busy" response.
Overall satisfactory, however appointment time was not abided by. Confusion in sorting out other appointments/customers.

Great place but the scheduling website needs a bit of work.
I'm very happy with my Hyundai and Southern States Hyundai. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Service was great. But no one ever returns messages left for service or returns calls so appts are impossible to make.
Again appts are impossible to make. We had to sign an agreement to have the car serviced here for warranty and that is the only reason why we come. The people in service were good. It is just making an appt before coming.

Good service but need to speed it up
Service team were easy to work with. Vehicle was returned clean. Only problem was that with an appointment it still took over an hour for a simple oil change/tire rotation.

Southern States is generally very easy to work with. The shuttle is so convenient and a really big deal for us.
