Wonderful lady with great patience
There seems to be no advantage to booking an appointment when walk-ins (drive-ins) can be served before you. I waited over 90 minutes to get an oil change and confirmation about clutch - transmission hesitations.

Wonderful Service
After waiting in line for 15 minutes. Michelle came out of the shop area and immediately asked if she could assist. I told her I made the appointment and had my confirmation paper and needed to get to work for a meeting. She immediately went into action.
She explained the services and even turned her monitor around to show me what was needed. After years of working in sales this was the most honest approach that I have encountered.
When I returned back the other woman advisor had my paperwork. She didn't even acknowledge that I was in for service when waiting in line but some how ended up with my order. From now on I will ask for Michelle.

Improving Service
Their services are improving vastly. I worked with Nina to set up my services and she was great and responsive. I can't wait to work with her again. I felt very taken care of and it has improved a lot from the last 4-5 times I've gone for service.

Excellent Customer Service from the Advisors
Advisors were knowledgeable and friendly. The only negative was the wait time for an oil change and tire rotation. It was 2 and a half hours when I had a scheduled appointment.
