My 2014 Mustang went for warrant paint touch up on trunk lid
Worst touch up paint job ever. My car has over spray all over the hood has chemical stains . Parts are loose buffing compound left in areas . It seems if you need warranty work done don't go here . They will put 50-80 miles on your car with poor results
Quality was poor
Dropped of my car for a body panel repair and paint match, my car is almost new so paint match should be right on. They called and said my car was ready, it was not the quality was so poor I made them re do the job. Picked up the second time not much better. At this point I figured I should cut my losses and move on. They say they are VW certified, This shop is a joke!!

Merci said this business had communication issues, she never heard from them. She said they did an excellent job with the body repair. She said she is really happy.
It took longer than I expected to repair my bumper, but everyone was very professional & communicated in a timely manner.

Peter said he has had some issues with this business. This is the 3rd time he took his vehicle in. The last time and this time, he had to go back because there were a couple of panel trims not put back on correctly. When he calls this business about this issue, this business tells him to come in but it's the fact that he has to go there again. That is one area they could improve on.

Spoke with Nicole. She said overall the experience was good except for the time it took and there were extra miles put on the vehicle. They told her they would look into the reason for the extra miles but they have not contacted her about it yet.

Alison stated there is always room for improvement for any kind of repair center and repair services. The front desk receptionist, Candy was exceptionally great with her level of service and support. She knows her job, and she was very compassionate.

Mai-Lin said overall it was great experience with the business. Her vehicle turned out awesome, and the staff performed a really great job. Mai-Lin stated the staff was efficient, and very customer oriented, and they really take care of their customers. They performed a good follow up with the repair services. She was glad and pleased with the level of support and repair services she received at the business. The staff did the best they could to coordinate between all parties to make things go along smoother. It was worth the drive to obtain their repair service at the business. They will bringing their other BMW in for repair services too.
