I am a return customer after a previous less than satisfactory inspection last year. I brought my car in for standard maintenance yesterday and I was very impressed by the improved service at this visit. The service was finished promptly (~4 hours); when Bud couldn't get a hold of me through my work phone number, he sent me an e-mail to let me know my car was ready; and because of my poor experience in the past, I received a 25% discount on the service as a courtesy for being a return customer.
