In that when we called to inform you that the fender was falling off and told you it would be a half hour job that you could in fact do yourself or have us do it appeared you were in a rush to get it done and wanted it done by us we assumed you understood that we were doing this job with a highly paid technician, as we are not a body shop, and that it would be done in as profesional a manner as possible with the state of your vehicle. We would desire to treat you in a manner that will keep you coming back for routine service if you would contact us.
