Tracy, we are sorry you feel this way about our service on your 1997 vehicle. We told Mike that if he could find a glove box or the button we would install it. The issue would be better stated that "something broke" vs. "they broke something" as the glove box button plastic was so old and brittle and had been glued together so many times that it litteraly shattered when trying to open the glove box, even with a light touch. Knowing, as Mike must have known, that this part had been broken and glued before it would have been helpful to have been told not to open the glove box, or at least to have been told what a fragile repair someone had made to this button before we got to it. As we told Mike, if he can find a part for this 17 year old "restoral project" car we will be happy to install it for you at no charge.
I have liked this station for along time, but this time, I was sad in the service.
