John said the service was very expensive and he waited a long time. They told him it would be ready by 2:00 pm but it was not ready until 4:30 pm. A staff member told him they revised the estimate but he never received an initial estimate so he was not to happy about that, he said. He would still like to talk to someone about the bill and how he never received an estimate.
