"1997 Ford Taurus "
My Ford Taurus has over 372,000 miles and Sparks has done a good job of keeping me and the older car on the road. I enjoyed meeting the new contact in the office Azeem (sorry not sure of the spelling). He is very friendly and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

"Totally efficient and professional"
I had a great experience at Sparks. Very accomodating and friendly. Took care of all my needs, and when I had no way to return for my car, they personally picked me up! I will definitely go back!

My treatment at Sparks has always been exceptional and personal. I never feel like just a 'job' there, but as someone whose concerns matter and whose (ancient) vehicle still gets your best service. The consideration of each of your employees is noted and greatly appreciated.

Enoch said he really appreciates the professionalism he was shown. The work was done in a timely manner as well which was great. Only the rear brakes were done and he thinks he can still hear the thumping sound coming from the front brakes. He will stop by later on.

"2010 Town and Country"
I took my vehicle to Sparks 9-10-2017 for a windshield washer issue that I could not fix. The problem was repaired. From the time I dropped the vehicle off until the time I picked it up the communication and service was impeccable. I appreciated the technical information that was provided. I have been looking for a trustworthy auto repair center in the Federal Way area and I believe I have found it. Thanks!
