I went to your counter and was greeted by your. The phone rang he answered and spent app. 10 minutes with the caller. I was left standing there. The caller was pricing tires I suppose. The fact remains I was there with cash in hand and your employee choose the phone call over a live customer. Had I been anywhere else I would have walked out and not return. I felt I should wait since I had ordered the tires.

Mr. Ortiz, I apologize for the inconvenience. We always try to have two sales representatives at the counter at any given time. However, sometimes sales representatives get tied down with other customers over the phone, state inspections, or other matters. I will bring this issue to the attention of our sales representatives to ensure that they tend to live customers before addressing customers over the phone.
