David said his overall experience with them could've been better. He said he'll probably have to go back 3 or 4 times. The red paint shows through the black paint under the hood. He can see where they missed randomly all over the place. There's red paint on the trim. The paint job looks good, but the red paint creeps through. The weather stripping was hanging. He fixed that. The door panel wasn't lined up right and he couldn't shut the door. He fixed that. The windows weren't plugged in and he also fixed that himself. His dad had used them and thought they were great. David said he would recommend them but they wouldn't be his first choice.

Mr. Spencer had his car painted at another company prior to bringing his vehicle to us. Consequently, his car had overspray all over his trim and seals. He brought the car to us for it to be painted black; it was red. We, typically, do not paint trim and seals since they are not intended to be painted. Was Spencer was not happy with how the red paint on his seals showed however, this is due to previous paint work that was substandard. He has an appointment to bring his car back and we will clean up as much of the previous poor workmanship as is possible at no charge to the customer.
