waranty
I pain my carr about 8 month the paint is coming off and now the tell me they don,t gona fixed they say is the old paint that not true.

The customer came in for an estimate about 8 months ago. His car had been previously painted and the work was improperly performed. His old paint was not adhering due to poor workmanship. This was explained to the customer and he was told at that time that we needed to completely remove the old paint or it was just going to continue to peel and that it would cause the new paint to peel as well. He acknowledged this but did not want to pay for the extra work. He signed a work order stating this. The customer has now shown up with his old paint peeling and causing his new paint to peel and he wants it fixed for free. It was explained to him that he was warned about this and that this wasn't covered under his warranty. He denies this even though he signed a work order that clearly states this. We will be more than happy to correct his issues, however, he must pay for the proper repairs.
