Felix said he would actually rate his overall experience a zero. He said his vehicle was repaired very unprofessionally. The dents which were supposed to be repaired were not. The paint work was horrible because there was paint all over his trim and his vehicle was not properly cleaned. His vehicle was not ready when promised because the body work and paint work were not done to his satisfaction. He chose not to elaborate as to how long it was delayed. He said he was not kept informed during the repair process but did not elaborate as to why. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the business for the reasons mentioned. He was not satisfied with the communication.He noted when he got his estimate the guy who prepared it included all the dents his vehicle had. When he saw the dents in the rear were not repaired he asked why they were not done and they told him it was not part of initial estimate. When he first drove in to the business he spoke with one of the employees and chose to do business with them because the employee had good communication skills, told him the vehicle would be done professionally and in a timely manner. He did not see these results in the vehicle. He would not recommend this facility to others for the reasons previously mentioned.
