Sabrina said she gave the 3 because there are scratches on the passenger's side of the vehicle. She will go back when she can.

I examined the customer's work order and it states specifically that she refused to have these fixed and she signed it before beginning work. The scratches apparently require a bodyman to fix them due to their depth and she said that she didn't want them fixed. When she brought the car back she was shown this and she appologized and left. We offered to fix the scratches and repaint for free, she needed only to pay for the bodywork. Once again, she refused.
