Johnny rated his overall experience a 2 because they advertise one price on the wall and they get you for another. The advertised price was $500 for a paint job but he was billed $1,300. They used the bait and switch deal and he felt took. He did say the paint job was great and they do have some great technicians and has 3 more vehicles that he's taking in but will tell them right off the bat that the price on the wall is what he wants and no extras. Johnny was not kept informed because they told him when to pick up the vehicle and it was ready when they said. He was not happy with the estimate because it changed on him.

I actually did Mr. Trehern's estimate and he had more than $700 in bodywork alone. He was only charged $500 for paint and was given the option to paint it for that price. He chose to have ALL the bodywork done and was told what that price was. He signed a work order for $1300 and agreed to the work. If he just wanted the truck painted, we would havee done that, however, he chose to fix every dent on the truck. As you can see, he was more than satisfied with the work so I don't know why he make this statement, but I will follow up with him and find out.
