"Service with a Smile "
Thanks Norman,Chris and the Crew at SCA.
I have been servicing my car since 1999 and have always had the best experience at SCA.
Besides having my car serviced I always have a few laughs as they are friendly and make you comfortable unlike other service center I have visited in the USA.
I always drive 35 miles each way to get to them because I know it is worth my while and have a great experience.
Thanks Norman and Chris for being great every time and I wish you a great Christmas and New Year ahead.

"Norman and Chris "
Always make it a point to visit Norman before a long drive (and otherwise). I told him I’ll be heading with family to Yellowstone, and he took extra special care to check things out. Found and fixed a brake (rotor) issue. Hank and the others guys are hard working too. Chris at the front office makes a routine thing fun.

David said he was having brake trouble. His brakes were squeaking, but the business was unable duplicated the problem so they couldn't work on it. While he doesn't hold the business at fault for that. He doesn't know if he needs to be worried about the squeaking or not. If the problem gets worse or changes he will definitely be going back to them for help.
