Suddeths was very friendly and professional. They also were gracious in providing transportation to and from the shop if needed while your vehicle is being repaired. My only complaint would be a lack of communication while delays occurred in my vehicle's repairs. Suddeths had to rely on another machine shop and they "dropped the ball." This happens but I had to call several times for updates after being told by Suddeths that they would contact me to provide updates. Overall positive experience and I will be back!
