This customer blamed us for something that he declined to have us do. we installed a battery for free, then a week later calls and said the battery is bad (interstate) we went to his house and installed another one for him. several months later he calls and says the battery is dead again. after questioning him and telling to try a couple things we find out that his alternator has failed, after 6 appointment cancelations he finally brings his car in to have the alternator replaced, then the review
