Great job well done!
I made my appointment for an oil and lube job. There was a maintenance person right there as I drove in. I went inside and told them what I wanted to have done then sat in the waiting room while I enjoyed a cup of coffee. I feel very comfortable taking my sweet little car where I know they will take good care of it. My sincere thanks to all the staff who had a part in caring for my precious car.

Terrific staff
I would like to see more service appointments available. Scheduling routine maintenance is not such a problem if you schedule weeks ahead, but if your car is having a problem it can take days even weeks to be seen. They are not really set-up for emergency type repairs it seems.

Very nice atmosphere.
The employees were great. I was disappointed that it took an hour and 15 minutes for an oil change when I had an appointment and was on time for the appointment. My vehicle sat in the drop off area for 30 minutes before being moved to the work bay area for the oil change. What's the point of making an appointment if they don''t start working on your car for at least 30 minutes? The fact that it took so long was disappointing. Other than that I was very happy with the service.
They had a TV in the waiting area but it was set on ESPN and no one knew where the controls were to change the channel. Would have liked watching something else. Also, the ice machine was out of ice.
As far as my Hyundai goes...I love my Hyundai Santa Fe!
P.S. The Toyota waiting area across the street is much nicer.
