Another great visit
Thanks, Michele, for identifying the sound I kept hearing in my car, and helping to fix it right away. The efforts you and rest of the staff made to get my car in, and fixed, because it was a real concern that shouldn't have waited, were much appreciated. I know that must have put a real wrench in your service dept day (no pun intended :) and I really was grateful to have it correctly identified and fixed right away. As always, fine work and friendly staff.
