Extra steps to make the customer happy.
Dropped off my 2016 Genesis for dent removal and chip repair. Included with my purchase. They had a comparable free rental available. In and out the door quick and back to work at the hospital. Made accommodation for a Sunday pickup.

Good experience.
One of the things I liked most was the no high pressure sales from my salesman. I had visited another Hyundai dealer to look at the same car and the salesman high pressured me to the point I looked elsewhere. Superior is only about a 10-15 minute further drive for service. In a kidding way I only wish there was some place close to get breakfast while I wait. To walk to of course.

Excellent service!
After having to deal with another Hyundai dealership near Akron, Ohio and receiving no resolution to my service issue, I was very pleased with the service I received at Superior. They were able to get a part in a matter of hours, which was the same part that the other dealership said would take a week to receive. Superior performed the repair in less than an hour and the price I paid was half of what was quoted by the other dealership.
