Spoke with James. He said when they returned his vehicle there were some issues that were left unresolved, but he chose not to elaborate further. He said he would recommend this business to others because he is a repeat customer and he believes the incident was most likely the result of them being shortstaffed. He said the business assessed his vehicle and he was impressed with the service because of their assessment.
