Shanta said the technician she dealt with from this business gave her poor customer service. She had to take the vehicle back after the initial visit because the heat didn't work and he had to send the vehicle to the Jeep dealership. He would not give her the number so she could call and check on the vehicle so she had to look the number up herself. When she called the Jeep dealership she found out that the technician at this business had lied to her about when he sent the vehicle over to them. He told her that he had sent the vehicle a couple of days prior but it was really the day before. However, the whole brain of her vehicle needed to be rewired and they were able to get it done. They did good work and other than the issue with the technician they did a really good job, so she would still recommend this business.
