Professional and Reliable Service
Josh found the cause of my A/C problem. He offered two solutions. One was to replace a $1,000 A/C line, the other option was to send the line to another shop to be patched. For my older vehicle, I chose the later option. The result is a much needed ice cold A/C system. Thanks Josh and Nate and all the folks at Team-One.

Excellent service
Scheduled on OLF. Night before, the A/C went out on that car. Called in just before close and was told "of course" they would work in a diagnostic and repair same day, if possible. And they did.

Installing Struts on 2008 Buick Lucerne
I have used Team One Automotive in the past and have always given them 5 stars. This time I will only give them 4 stars due to several reasons: (1) If you tell someone you are going to call them back then do that (2) I think the person that looked at my car originally should of noticed that this car had Magnetic controlled struts - there is a wire connector going to this strut- the car struts were removed and then the parts had to be ordered-- I did not have use of this car for 6 days. I could of driven this car instead while the parts were being ordered. The original magnetic controlled strut - is very expensive (around $1800) + labor + alignment. Overall Team One Automotive worked with me on this problem and they installed Strutmaster struts for this car.

Best Service !!
Team One is the only shop that we will ever trust our vehicles with! We have recommended all our friends and family to them. Nathan and Larry have a true passion to serve their customers. Their shop is always exceptionally clean. The waiting area in the office is very elegant and clean. All of the staff is very friendly. I can not thank Team One enough for ensuring the safety of our family and the longevity of our vehicles. My hat is off to the hard working ladies and gentleman that work there!

Spoke with Gregg's wife. She said they kept promising the vehicle would be ready, and that the part was on the way. It took them 2 weeks to service the vehicle. The first part they received was bad so they had to find another one. She had to rent a vehicle to go on vacation. No one kept her updated throughout the service. It is not their fault that they could not get a part, but it is their fault that they did not follow up. She would not use the again. An employee she worked with was rude and he did not acknowledge her.
