I was sorry to hear about your poor experience trying to schedule your appointment. That is certainly not the way we would prefer things to happen here at Teton Hyundai. I offer no excuse, just a promise to you that we will do better in the future. I have spoken with the receptionists, and we will use this as a teaching moment to ensure it does not happen again.
