Hello, I understand you being the main bread winner and your situation. The oil additive we used is meant to extend enigne life and protect the engine but it does add about 15.00 to the repair. The synthetic oil change in the long range will save you about 20.00 over two oil changes compared to ordinary oil. I would suggest dropping the moa additive in the future and can make a note in the system. The service advisers pay is directly affected by the survey under 4 stars. I realize its a big ask but it chad treated you correctly on you visit i need to ask for a rescore. I do appoligize for any confusion caused and will attempt to make it right in the future
