virus concerns
I am satisfied with the work done on my Sonata, but quite dissatisfied with the lax attitude shown regarding the pandemic. I follow the CDC guidelines and the governors orders by wearing a mask and practicing social distancing. I followed these guidelines while entering, during, and exiting your facility for my safety and that of others. I was taken aback when your counterperson was not following the guidelines by not wearing a mask. His reasoning seemed to be that he did not take the virus seriously, that it was overrated, and the death toll was overrated as well. Based upon the condition this country is in, I find this attitude quite disturbing but no matter what your personal feelings, they should not disrespect your customers.This review is coming from a high risk individual with health issues, but that should play no part in your dealings with the safety and welfare of your clients.
