Sammy and his long-time staff aren't the cheapest people to go to, but I've learned to trust them implicitly to do any job I bring them honestly and thoroughly. It's rare for them to ever have to redo any of their work if they don't do it perfectly the first time, but if they ever have to ... and this happened to me once ... they'll never make excuses or blame the customer. They are like bulldogs about making sure the repair is 100% correct and you, their customer, are 100% pleased, with no extra charges.
One important observation: Sammy's technicians have been with him in his shop for many years. That is a very good sign! An unhappy technician who doesn't feel appreciated by the boss and who never gets encouraged to do his best work soon moves on. Sammy runs a happy as well as a very competent shop, and you feel that when you walk up to the counter.
