Marty said she did not rate her overall experience with this business higher, because they told her they would call her in a day or 2 to let her know when the parts they ordered would be delivered. After waiting for them to call for a few days, she had to initiate a phone call to get a status report on the parts. The first time she called she was told the parts hadn't come in yet, but when she called the following day she was told the parts came in. Marty remarked the work this busness did was fabulous, fantastic. She explained about a month before bringing her vehicle to this business for repairs she lost her cross. When she picked her vehicle up the cross was on her seat. Marty was so happy they had found her cross and placed it on the vehicle's seat for her. She added the paint work looks great.
