Dawn said when she came to pick the vehicle up the trunk was okay, but the bumper wasn't painted at all and they hadn't even touched it. They kept the vehicle for another day and did the bumper. She said she drove the vehicle, but the following morning she had a dead battery. She said it wasn't their fault, but she hadn't driven the vehicle for a week and maybe this business had jumped it. The battery was dead, so she couldn't push the button to open the trunk and get her jumper cables and then she couldn't open the trunk with her key, so she had to crawl through the back. She said the trunk was smashed in the accident and she didn't know what this business did, but the trunk lock doesn't work and she has to go back. She is satisfied with the body work, except for the lock on the trunk. The paint work is good. Her vehicle was not fixed correctly on the first visit and it was not ready when promised for the above reasons. She probably would not recommend this business to others because she should not have to return three times. She worked with Christopher and he's good.
