Karl said he had to take his vehicle back to have the business put a bearing in the front part of the vehicle. He said he needs to take the vehicle back due to a run in the paint on the hood of his vehicle. The customer has not contacted the business about this issue and plans to take his vehicle in for service. The vehicle was three days late due to additional damage found by the business.
