Jeanette said the business did not repair her vehicle to her satisfaction on the first visit because it took 3 and a half weeks which is not average, she has a unique vehicle and they did not top off her radiator because the light was on. The business did not understand her electrical and locking system so all of her doors locked because they were open and she had to pull out the book and redo it. She had issues with the mechanics and she chose not to elaborate any further. Her vehicle was not returned in a clean condition because it was not washed, it had grease fingerprints on it and it had rain marks. She would recommend this business to others because she did not have to deal with anything and the body work was good but she will not be going back to this business for the reason mentioned above.
