Brent said this business did not repair his vehicle to his satisfaction on the first visit, which was the only snag regarding his experience with them. He's not sure, but he thinks the owner brought his vehicle around to him, and the owner noticed a paint flaw in the bumper. He told Brent because of the the flaw the paint wouldn't last, and they needed to keep his vehicle for another day to repair it. It was awesome that the person noticed the paint flaw, but it would have been better if this business had noticed the flaw prior to returning the vehicle to him. Because of the above he got his vehicle back a day late, he had to rent another vehicle, and move the baby seat. The delay was an inconvenience for him.
