Marina said her vehicle still smells like paint and the repair took 4 weeks. The vehicle was returned with an empty gas tank and she barely made it to a gas station. Her vehicle was not ready on the first visit. She said she was not given a promised time for when her vehicle would be ready, but she felt like 4 weeks was too long. The business found more damage and the vehicle was sent to another business. The business called her to keep her updated on the status of the vehicle. Her vehicle was dirty inside and the doorframe had a large footprint on it that was not cleaned up. This business could have served her better by asking if she would like some scratches repaired, even though they were not part of the accident. She would never recommend this business to others because it took too long to repair her vehicle and she was unhappy with her experience overall.
