Jennifer said her overall experience was not a happy one. The facility did a good job but there was a problem with noise after the vehicle was repaired. They were unwilling to allow her to speak with a mechanic directly concerning the problem. She would ask a question and then the person would speak with someone else behind closed doors regarding the problem with the noise. Then she was told it was a concern that she would have to take the vehicle into a dealership to have resolved. It was later diagenosed as a problem with the shocks and axle causing the noise. The vehicle was ready three days later than promised due to a problem getting the paint to match. Jennifer said she did not like being talked to in a demeaning manner while discussing the problem. Due to the problem with needing the axel and shocks repaired, the insurance claim has not been closed.
